The majority of the products we sell are created and packaged by the suppliers in our brand family. Our commitment to our customers is to ensure the quality of the products we receive and endeavour to get these products to you in perfect condition.

Here are some really interesting dot points about our shipping:

• We are located in Sydney, NSW. 
  
  
• Our shipping is a flat-rate of $9.99 and free for orders over $150. This is valid for Australian orders only. 
  
  
• We do not dropship. You will receive your products in one order, packaged and sent from the TMM warehouse.
  
  
• We will pack your order within one business day of payment received.
  
  
• Your order will be shipped within one business day of being packed.
  
  
• You should receive your package within 5 business days, depending on where you live.
  
  
• You will receive an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and a tracking number for your package.
  
  
• In exceptional circumstances (Christmas, Mothers Day, COVID-19) please be aware that there may be delays in packing and shipping. Please order with enough in advance for this and please be patient, we promise we are doing the best we can.
  
  
• Your package will be delivered to the address you provide. Once we have sent your package off we accept no responsibility for any delay, damage, destruction of goods caused by the third-party deliverer. However, we will endeavour to find a solution if any of the above issues arise.
