• We are located in Sydney, NSW. 
  
  
• Our shipping is a flat-rate of $9.99 and free for orders over $130. This is valid for Australian orders only. 
  
  
• We do not dropship. You will receive your products in one order, packaged and sent from the TMM warehouse.
  
  
• Your order will be packed between one to five business days of your order being placed. Your order will be shipped within one day of being packed (unless there is a Public Holiday).
  
  
• You will receive an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and a tracking number for your package at each stage.
  
  
• In exceptional circumstances (Black Friday, Christmas, Mothers Day etc.) please be aware that there may be delays in packing and shipping. Please order with enough in advance for this and please be patient, we promise we are doing the best we can.
  
  
• Your package will be delivered to the address you provide. Once we have sent your package off we accept no responsibility for any delay, damage, destruction of goods caused by the third-party deliverer. However, we will endeavor to find a solution if any of the above issues arise.

International shipping

International shipping is available and costs are calculated at checkout. Please ensure to include your phone number as this is needed for declarations.
