Black Friday Shipping Update
Please note that due to Black Friday, Christmas and stock demands that shipping may be delayed. Please allow for 2 weeks from date of purchase for packing and posting. Orders placed over the Black Friday / Cyber Monday period will likely be posted around mid-December. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Returns Policy
This period of your life has enough stress and worry so if you receive a faulty or defective product, please take a photo and let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will offer you a replacement or full refund.
We doubt this will happen, but if you do receive an incorrect item or order, or your order is damaged on arrival, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.
Due to the nature and sensitivity of the products that we sell we cannot offer exchanges and we do not offer returns on change of mind.
