Made from:  Golden Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) Oil, Seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) Berry and Seed Oil, Calendula officinalis (Calendula), Tamanu (Calophyllum inophyllum) Oil, St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Lavender (Lavender angustifolia) Essential Oil, Rose Otto (Rosa damascene) Essential Oil, Chamomile (Eriocephalus punctulatus) Essential Oil, and Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) Essential Oil

Instructions: Best used from week 34 of pregnancy. Apply the massage oil to external labia and areas between the vagina and the anus. Use in a circular motion on the perineum area. Insert thumb slowly into vagina area, to where you are comfortable). Breathe and push your thumb down, stretching the tissue down towards your bum. Repeat 3-4 times weekly for at least 5 minutes each go. If you’re feeling saucy, get your partner involved. Full instructions come with product.
