After you give birth you really feel like everything is just going to drop out of there. That’s why these anatomically shaped giant sanitary pads are perfect because they hold everything in like a big security blanket for your bits.
These fit perfectly with the disposable undies. They don’t have an adhesive strip but we tried them out (took one for the team!) and they don’t move around (I did some lunges).
If you’re lucky, your hospital will give you a few of these after birth, and womxn have been known to hoard them in their bags. So rather than hoarding, or not getting these at all, why not get prepared and buy them yourself!
When we say they are big, we mean BIG, 52cm long and 24cm wide. Basically, it’s going to catch EVERYTHING so you can sleep, move around… do some lunges if you feel so inclined.
