Instructions: Apply Nipstik directly to the nipples as often as needed. Breastfeeding can occur without needing to wash the balm off, however, if any residue is left before the next breastfeed you can use a dry cloth to wipe it off. The organic ingredients are safe for bubs if a small amount of residue remains at the next feed.
