Made from:  Distilled Water and Essential Oils of Peppermint, Spearmint, Ginger, Grapefruit and Lavender

Instructions: Spray into a cupped hand and inhale deeply. Alternatively spray onto your body and pulse points such as your neck and wrists. Repeat as often as desired.

Stage of pregnancy:  Pre-Pregnancy, First Trimester, Second Trimester, Third Trimester.
