Made from: 100% Premium Grade Magnesium Chloride flakes, pure distilled water and lavender essential oil.

Instructions: For initial use, apply 1-3 sprays on affected area and massage into skin. Use daily for best results. You may wish to slowly increase the number of sprays gradually depending on your needs.

Stage of pregnancy: Pre-pregnancy, Second Trimester, Third Trimester, Postpartum

Symptoms/Tags: restless legs, leg cramps, muscle cramps, muscle aches, morning sickness, sleep.

Special disclaimer: For sensitive skin: test on the soles of the feet initially, and if you notice any reaction, particularly a tingling sensation (which is common) continue to apply on damp skin for the first week of use.
